REVIEW:Dudu Osun Black Soap

Hey there,thanks for stopping by...
Black soaps are so wonderful. This soaps are mostly common in the northern/western region of nigeria. We down here in the southern region tend to believe using it on the skin could darken it just because its black soap. Well,i dont know about that. I cant testify to that. It has many uses...as a body wash,as face cleanser and as a shampoo for the hair. Will be talking about its uses concerning the last one...its uses as a shampoo. Stay glued.

Dudu osun is branded in nigeria by tropical naturals. Its entirely 100% natural ingredients and herbs. That contributes to the refresh feeling and silky smoothness on the hair. Its has a camwood scent and contains citrus juices and native honey, aloe vera and natural vitamins. Its just so wonderful...
The first time someone mentioned black soap for washing the hair. I was shocked. I actually had terrible itching and dandruff. Dudu osun black soap was recommended. Awesome. Few months into it,i was smiling and recommending it to others.
Let me tell you more...Its very affordable...120 naira. Its a big bar of soap weighing 150g meaning a bar lasts for more than a month for me. This all depends on your purpose of using it. Could be lesser for the purpose of body wash. I observed how soft it made my hair feel after shampooing. My only problem with it is that it melts so fast but i found a way to save it. A dish without holes. Just leave it in there after use.

INGREDIENTS:
1.)Pure honey... Acts like a humectant. Retaining the moisture.
2.)Shea butter...improves the hair growth.
3.)Palm kernal oil...conditiones your edges,leaving it soft.
4.)Aloe vera...reduces and prevents dandruff.
5.)Lime juice...Acts as a straightner.leaving you with some days of loose curls.

                        HOW I USE IT
This is the most intresting part. I hardly Cowash. This is because this black soaps leaves my hair totally soft.

Just add a little water to a bowl, cup or jar. Drop a bar of dudu osun soap in it and allow to melt. What you get is liquid soap and this serves as the shampoo...
Dont leave the soap in there for too long.it tends to melt very fast. 15mins is enough. It produces lots and lots of lather. My advice is,to avoid wastage...use a little water.
Thats it, ever used a black soap for any other purposes?? Do share.
